Abstract / 论坛简介

English: Under the "Dual-Carbon" strategic framework, computational intelligence have emerged as a key enabler for building secure and efficient net-zero energy systems. This workshop focuses on computational intelligence-driven security and optimization of zero-carbon energy systems, exploring two innovative dimensions: In the security domain, it addresses intelligent cyber-attack detection in new power systems, resilience-enhanced architectures for distributed generation systems, blockchain-enabled trusted carbon asset trading mechanisms, and industrial cybersecurity technology migration. In the optimization domain, it investigates AI-driven multi-energy collaborative scheduling, digital twin-empowered energy system optimization, coordinated regulation of heterogeneous energy networks, and energy-aware computing power orchestration in green data centers. By advancing the integrated framework of "security protection-intelligent algorithms-network architecture", the workshop promotes the latest development in spatiotemporal coupling modeling and optimal control for modern power systems. These efforts aim to accelerate global low-carbon energy transitions through cross-domain innovations, including industrial internet security regulation technologies and clean energy integration paradigms. The outcomes will establish a robust foundation for secure, computing-empowered, and interconnected net-zero ecosystems, ultimately driving the large-scale deployment of renewable energy and carbon-neutral infrastructure.

中文: 在"双碳"战略背景下,计算智能已成为构建安全高效零碳能源系统的关键使能技术。本研讨会聚焦计算智能驱动的零碳系统安全保障与优化,探索两大创新方向:在系统安全领域,关注新型电力系统的网络攻击智能检测、分布式发电系统的韧性增强架构、区块链赋能的碳资产可信交易机制,以及工业互联网安全防护技术迁移;在系统优化领域,探讨AI驱动的多能互补调度、数字孪生赋能的能源系统优化、异构能源网络协同调控,以及绿色数据中心算力调度等关键技术。通过深度融合"安全防护-智能算法-网络架构"三位一体的技术体系,推动新型电力系统的时空耦合建模与优化控制,加速全球能源低碳转型。
